JMT Travel & Tourism Oman offers a variety of travel-related services including but not limited to, travel packages, hotel bookings, tours, and transportation services.
3.Travel Documentation
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and other required documents.
4.Insurance is Mandatory.
5. Limitation of Liability
JMT Travel & Tourism Oman is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from:
- Acts of God
- Detention
- Annoyance
- Delays and expenses arising from quarantine, strike, theft, or government regulations
6. Changes to Itineraries
JMT Travel & Tourism Oman reserves the right to make changes to the itineraries when deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, or well-being of travelers.
7.#Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- *More than 10 days before the start date:* 90% refund of the total booking amount.
- *5 to 10 days before the start date:* 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- *Less than 5 days before the start date:* No refund.
2. Force Majeure
JMT Travel & Tourism Oman is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or any other events beyond our control.
All legal Issues settled under the Sultanate of Oman Jurisdiction.
